Getting your site launched is just the beginning. Our support bundles give you peace of mind, knowing your site will be updated regularly and most importantly, kept secure.
The platforms and plugins your website are built on are constantly being updated to keep on top of new developents and security threats. With our support bundles we’ll ensure updates are done routinely and any problems that are caused by the update are resolved quickly. When things break, we’re here to fix them.
Within our bundles there is provision for us to support you, whether that’s with training so you can update your site, or we can make the changes for you. The different bundle levels allow for the likely level of support you think you’ll require.
Of course, all of our websites come with a 1-month post-launch warranty, covering fixing glitches and defective code. If you need us to help with additional training or to make any changes or amendments on your behalf, we are here to help.

Maintenance + 3 hours of support per monthSuitable for membership organisations and business who make frequent changes and updates to offers and content.
* Our support bundles are a 12-month contract, renewed annually. Payments are taken monthly by Direct Debit.

Do I need a support package?
We don’t recommend having a website without support. If you’re planning to have a website that attracts traffic and generates leads or sales, then it will require consistent marketing effort. Even if you just need your site to be secure, there are a number of website maintenance tasks that need to be done regularly. Depending on how much you want us to take care of, you can even use larger support bundles to make changes and improvements to your website. Get in touch and we can discuss your website maintenance and support needs and advise on which level of bundle is best for you.

How quickly can I get a website?
We can’t give you a definitive answer to that without an idea of your budget and aspirations for the site, but you knew that, right? we can tell you that most of our website projects take between 3 and 6 months from start to finish.
