Julie recently facilitated two workshops with our client, Adaptation Scotland, to work out a series of user personas and user journeys for their new website – much fun in creating ‘Ruth’, ‘Keith’, ‘Marge’ and even a ‘Ptolemy’! Adaptation Scotland’s remit from the government is to deliver info and resources for public bodies and business needing to adapt to their environs. Knowing the profiles of the types of people who need to use the site informs how we are going to design and build it. #ux
